Dr. Shehata is a licensed Physical Therapist by Florida and New York states. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Cairo University, Eg, and a Post- Professional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Touro College, New York. Dr. Shehata has been practicing for over 10 years, with extensive education and clinical training, knowledge, and experience, He became among the top physical therapists in Tampa Bay area. He possesses a deep knowledge of human biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and pathology which enables him to help a wide variety of Neuromuscular conditions. Dr. Shehata has an extensive background in treating Orthopedic conditions including spine and extremities, Sports Medicine, Enhanced performance in collegiate and professional Athletes, Balance and fall prevention training, Manual Therapy Techniques in the treatment of Spinal Pathology, Pre and Post Surgical rehabilitation with facilitation of speedy recovery. He is also a Credentialed Clinical Instructor certified by the American Physical Therapy Association. Dr. Shehata has been practicing an evidence-based, Patient-centered approach with a strong emphasis on Achieving patient’s goals, Patient education, Therapeutic exercises, Functional training, Postural/core stability training, and Functional manual therapy to restore normal body function. Dr. Shehata is a strong believer in the power of Physical Therapy and has helped many patients over the years to achieve their goals, relieve their aches, and has helped many of them avoiding unnecessary treatments such as surgeries and injections.
