Once all paperwork has been signed, our team will work with you to schedule your Telehealth appointment. Once your appointment is scheduled, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address on file. This will include your appointment link.

Before your appointment begins, click on the link and wait for your Physical Therapist to log onto your appointment.

Your physical therapy appointment will begin. This will be just like your normal in-clinic appointments, except everything will be done through video chat in the comfort of your own home!
